  Google香港委託畢馬威(KPMG)進行一項為期三年「智慧數碼城市-全城AI」項目,針對香港人工智能(AI)應用及準備進行研究,並在上月發表第一版完整報告白皮書。

  報告稱超過60%受訪市民認同AI便利及帶來正面作用,並且有超過70%人士期望公營機構及商界,能推動AI相關教育;亦有不少受訪者有興趣學習相關知識。在企業層面,近80%認為AI可以帶來正面影響,但主要障礙包括財政考慮、缺乏專業知識及缺乏人才。

  有見市民及企業憂慮,Google也推出「A至Z人工智能入門指南」繁體中文版本,解說AI技術、運作及對大眾影響,讓人更易吸收有關知識。

  筆者想細提其中四個,第一個是數據集(Dataset),應該選用哪些資料、資料的多寡,也影響AI學習;其次是生成對抗網絡(GANs),讓多組AI系統,分別負責製作及評審,並且不斷提供意見及修改,從而得出更好結果;第三個是機器學習(Machine Learning),AI系統可以透過數千張動物圖片,學習相關特徵,從而發展出更彈性和細緻認識,快速完成特定工作,有別於傳統編程。最後一個是量子運算(Quantum computing),是新一代電腦系統,有別於傳統電腦的二進制碼處理資料,量子電腦可以同時進行多項運算,在短時間內處理複雜問題。整個「A至Z人工智能入門指南」深入淺出,絕對值得一看。

  支付寶支付服務五花八門,很懂得捕捉消費者心理和需要,設計不同新產品,不但方便用戶,甚至改變大眾消費方式。

  支付寶最近又推出新功能「晚點付」,意即「先交易成功,次日再付款」。當用戶使用支付寶「掃一掃」或付款碼消費,即使所有支付渠道不可用,而且手動選擇每張銀行卡均無法成功付款,亦可以使用「晚點付」進行墊付。新功能可以刺激消費,以方便和「零」手續費作招徠,滿足消費者「買咗先算」的消費欲望。

  在推出創新功能外,支付寶不斷開拓服務版圖。韓國最大免稅店之一樂天免稅店網店,將引進「螞蟻花唄」作為支付工具。根據樂天免稅店數字,在網購平台上,20至39歲消費者中,中國消費者佔比高達八成。「花唄」深受內地年輕消費者歡迎,樂天此舉相信是為在疫情平息後中國遊客增加做好準備!

  「花唄」是類似信用卡的信用工具,「唄」字是在北方較常用的語氣詞,與「吧」意義相近。「花唄」即「花吧」的意思,表達一種爽快購買的感覺。「花唄」因為申請門檻極低,借貸方式靈活具彈性,在內地年輕人中大行其道。

  「先消費,後付款」的購物體驗,令「花唄」成功吸引不少人消費!即將來臨的「雙11」,內地網友引頸以待,今年活動延長多三日,活動規模再創紀錄!支付寶亦作出配合,提高用戶臨時「花唄」額度,從數百元至數萬元不等。支付寶不斷推出新產品和和開拓新服務,懂得利用消費者心理,引領大眾消費習慣,成為大部份內地人生活一部份!
